Yes. After the first month, we will take payment from the authorised card for the amount of your subscription. For each following month, payment will automatically be debited from your account. Remember, you can change your subscription each month, so amount debited will vary accordingly.
When you sign up for the eBook club we will require an authorisation transaction of 1p on your credit/debit card. This will be refunded against your first month’s subscription fee. We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard.Your safety and security is our main priority, so you can be assured your details are safe. If you would like to change the series you are subscribed to or the number of books you receive per month, simply login to My Account and view the eBook subscription page. Choose the tab called 'Manage next month's stories' if you want to change your subscription for next month only. Choose 'Manage your subscription' to change your subscription on going. You can change your books at any time before midnight on the last day of the month.
You may cancel your eBook Subscription at any time up to midnight on the final day of each month. Please visit 'my account' and select your eSubscription from the left hand navigation. In the 'Subscription Summary' tab there is a link at the bottom of the page called 'Cancel my eSubscription'. This is a one step process, so please be sure before you click on this link! You can resubscribe whenever you want though.

Simply visit the eBook subscription section of My Account before midnight on the final day of the month, and you can choose which books you wish to receive. Select the tab called 'Manage next month's stories'. You can select your titles, and increase the quantity of series or titles if you wish.

Deliveries cannot be tracked online. If you would like to check the status of your order, please contact customer services on 0844 844 1351 from the UK or 01 278 2062 from ROI who will track your parcel for you and inform you of the expected delivery date.If your delivery does not arrive by the suggested date, please contact customer services again who will provide you with the tracking information you will need to continue tracking the item yourself on the courier website.Please note, we can only track parcels for UK customers who have paid £2.49 delivery charge. We are unable to track parcels delivered to Eire, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Export and any customers who have paid £4.00 special delivery.
All orders placed via our website are processed the next working day. Orders are dispatched on the same day they are processed, whenever stock is available. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
We are not able to split the parcel and ship parts of the same order to more than one address at the same time. If you would like to have specific items shipped to different addresses, please place each order separately.
Due to restrictions set by our shipping carriers, we offer one rate for overseas shipping of £5.00. UK orders can be shipped by either standard or special delivery, rates are detailed in 'UK delivery rates'.
We offer two rates for UK delivery – standard and special. The cost of shipping is charged per order, so you’ll pay the same rate no matter how many books you purchase!

As with UK deliveries, the cost for shipping overseas is charged per order, so you pay £5.00 however many books you decide to order.
We aim to ship your parcel within one working day of purchase, and it will usually be delivered within 10 days. Due to variances in postal delivery services we cannot guarantee processing time, but your parcel will usually arrive within 14 working days of your order.
Please allow up to ten working days for your parcel to arrive by standard delivery. If your parcel has not arrived after this time, contact customer services for help. For UK customers who have chosen the Special delivery option, please allow up to five days before contacting us. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred as a result of Royal Mail postal strikes, overseas postal service disputes or national public holidays including bank holidays.
If you wish to return a book or parcel for whatever reason, please contact customer services and they will make a record of this on your account. Please ensure that book/s are sent back unread, in the original packaging and your invoice/despatch note is included. Without this we will not be able to credit your account accordingly. In the event that you receive a faulty book, simply contact customer services and they will send you a replacement straight away.

eBooks are a fast, convenient and great value way to buy, read and keep the books you want. They can be downloaded in seconds and a large number of eBooks can be stored and carried on a single small computer. eBooks are also interactive, allowing you to search for text and they often have enhanced features in the form of extra content.
Before you buy your first eBook, please ensure that you have downloaded the right software on to your device. If you are downloading your book on to a computer, you will need to have set up your Digital Editions account (on the Adobe website) and ensure that the email address used for your Adobe ID matches that of your millsandboon.co.uk account. You must do this before purchasing your first eBook, or you will not be able to access the file in Digital Editions.Once you have done this, simply find an eBook you’d like to read, pop it in your shopping bag and you’ll be prompted to download it after the checkout.
No, to purchase an eBook you just need a computer that can connect to the internet. This might be a PC, tablet or smartphone. You will also need to have installed and activated Digital Editions, the Bluefire Reader for andriod devices or the Mills & Boon app for IOS devices. Doing this will only take a few minutes and it is free! Once you’ve got your eBook, you can read it anytime and do not need to be connected to the internet.
The Mills & Boon iOS app is available for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, so you can read and access all of your eBooks on your iOS device. Simply visit the App Store to download the Mills & Boon app for free.
The Mills & Boon app is compatible with epub and pdf files purchased from the Mills & Boon website, and other retailers and libraries around the world. The Mills & Boon app is not compatible with Kindle eBooks bought from Amazon.

Adobe Digital Editions is a piece of software that helps you manage your digital library of eBooks. You must download this in order to transfer your purchased eBooks from your PC to your eReader devices.
We recommend that you activate Adobe Digital Editions using an Adobe ID, as this allows you to do more with Adobe eBooks. Using an Adobe ID will allow you to download your Adobe eBooks onto (up to six) other computers or devices that have been activated with the same Adobe ID – allowing you to switch devices when reading your books.
Once you authorise your computer with Digital Editions, you can then transfer those eBooks to other computers. If you have eBooks on multiple computers, you need to authorise each one with Digital Editions before transferring eBooks between them.
You can activate up to six computers and devices. If you would like to increase this limit, you can contact Adobe via their website.
When you first launch Digital Editions, you will be prompted to authorise your computer. You can decline, in which case your digital content will belong to the computer, not a named user account. Subsequently, you will be prompted to authorise your computer whenever you purchase an eBook, although the prompt dialog box will provide a "Don't ask me again" checkbox – tick this, as long as you are sure you will not want to authorise your computer in the future.We recommend that you activate Digital Editions.
Yes. The Digital Editions menu features an "Authorise this computer" option that can be used after you have installed. If you authorise your computer with an Adobe ID, then it will always be associated with that Adobe ID. If you do not, the account is considered "anonymous". If you "anonymously" activate two computers this will then create two separate accounts which cannot be merged. This means that only one of the accounts can be “upgraded” to belong to a specific ID, and therefore able to transfer eBooks onto other devices. All eBooks on the “anonymous” account will be locked permanently to the computer they were downloaded on.
Right-click on the urllink.acsm file. Select "Open With", and choose “Adobe Digital Editions”. Click OK. You will then be able to download and open the eBook.To activate Adobe Digital Editions using an Adobe ID: Open Adobe Digital Editions. Select "Library", "Authorize Computer". The 'Authorize Computer' dialog box will be displayed. Enter the email address and password for your Adobe ID. Click "Activate", then click "Finish" to close the "Setup Assistant" dialog box. Adobe Digital Editions is activated using an Adobe ID. Repeat this process on each computer on which you intend to download Adobe eBooks.
This error usually indicates that a problem occurred during download and that you should attempt to download again. If the download link is no longer available, contact our customer services to reactivate the download link. In your email, please provide your Transaction ID and date of sale as well as the title of the book.
Your download will have been saved on your computer's hard drive. If you are using Windows, go to "My Documents" then "My Digital Editions."If you are using a Mac, go to "Documents" then "My Digital Editions."

You’ll get this error message if you try to download an Adobe eBook on a computer or device after having downloaded the eBook once using anonymous activation or different Adobe ID. To download a single Adobe eBook on multiple computers and devices, each computer or device must be activated using the same Adobe ID.
To activate Adobe Digital Editions using an Adobe ID…
- Open Adobe Digital Editions.
- Select Library > Authorize Computer…. The 'Authorize Computer' dialog box is displayed.
- Under "eBook Options", enter your Adobe ID (email address) and password. If needed, get an Adobe ID.
- Click "Activate".
- Click "Finish" to close the "Setup Assistant" dialog box. Adobe Digital Editions is activated using an Adobe ID. Repeat this process on each computer on which you intend to download Adobe eBooks.
Note that if you activate Adobe Digital Editions with an Adobe ID which has already been used to activate Adobe Digital Editions on another computer, any DRM-protected Adobe eBooks downloaded before activating with the Adobe ID will no longer work.
If the subsequent download of an Adobe eBook is attempted on a computer that has been activated using a different Adobe ID, DRM-restrictions will make the title incompatible with the second computer.
No, you do not have to pay delivery charges for eBooks.
Yes, VAT is payable on digitally downloaded products and is included in the price shown on the site.
eBooks cannot be sent as gifts. eBook orders are accessed via the individual customer account at millsandboon.co.uk by visiting the My eBookshelf section. We hope to be able to offer an eBook gift service in the future.
The download time depends on the size of the eBook you order and the speed of your internet connection. An average eBook should take less than two minutes to download.
You can download your eBook again by returning to the My eBookshelf part of My Account at any time.
At this time our eBooks cannot be printed.

To change or update any details on your account such as address or contacts, go to address book and click on ‘Edit my Details’
If you’d like to view your paperback invoices online you will need to link your subscription number to your account. To do this, you will need to click ‘Edit your details’ on the address book section of My Account. Once you are in this screen there will be a box to add/update your subscription number. Your subscription number is the nine digit number shown on your invoice e.g. 3425 / 371999999.
Your subscription will then be linked within 24 hours.
