Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions

Our loyalty points programme rewards customers with points to be redeemed on our website. Points may be earned through qualifying purchases and through other eligible activities or promotions that we may offer from time to time, including account actions, social media engagement, referrals, subscription activity and tier-based earning benefits.

Points are awarded on the order value after any discounts or vouchers are applied.

Points can be redeemed as money off vouchers/free shipping:

25 points = Free shipping
50 points = £5 off
100 points = £10 off
150 points = £15 off
200 points = £20 off

A minimum spend of £25 applies when using a voucher.

Only one voucher can be used per order.

Points and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable

If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, or if we believe points were awarded in error or through misuse, we may remove or adjust those points.

Points Expiry

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Activity includes the following:

  1. Making a Purchase: Buying something from www.millsandboon.co.uk.
  2. Receiving a Perk/Reward: This includes all perks except for earning points via the Birthday and Anniversary campaigns.
  3. Referral Completion: Successfully referring a friend who makes a purchase.
  4. Referral Share: Sharing a referral link.
  5. Redeeming Points: Using points to get discounts or rewards.
  6. Creating an Account: Signing up for an account with your store.
  7. Importing and Adjusting Points: Any manual adjustments or imports of points by our customer services team.

If you have an unused reward on your account, this will also expire after one year. You can find any unused rewards on our rewards landing page, under 'Rewards Activity'.

We reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw the loyalty points programme, including how points are earned or redeemed, at any time.
