• How do I sign up for Mills & Boon rewards? +

  Signing up is easy! 

  Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you can also sign up to our mailing list, which will give you early access to sales, promotions, and all of our new releases. If you currently have an account with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our Mills & Boon Rewards program so you can simply sign in and start earning points!

• What are the benefits of becoming a Mills & Boon Rewards member? +

  Mills & Boon Rewards is a tiered program that allows members to earn more rewards the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed as the money off future purchases.

  You also earn points for creating an account, following us on social media, purchasing a monthly or pre-paid subscription, leaving product reviews, signing up to our VIP text marketing list and you're even gifted points on your birthday!

  In addition to earning points, members have the chance to receive excusive benefits such as free shipping, special early access to sales and discount codes, exclusive Mills & Boon merchandise and can take part in double points days! You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.

• Tell me more about easy ways I can earn points? +

  For starters each member receives 30 points just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or follow us on social media, plus many more! You can see all of the way to earn points on our rewards page.

• How do I redeem my points? +

  Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Once you have added the books you want to purchase to your basket simply go through to checkout and select the reward from the drop down menu on the right hand side. The type of reward you can choose is dependent on how many points you have on your account. So, for example, if you have 50 points you can redeem a £5 reward against your basket, if you have 100 points you can redeem a £10 reward against your basket.

• How is my VIP tier determined? +

  Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend during the year (12 months from achieving tier status).

  To reach:
  Bronze tier, you must spend over £5
  Silver tier, you must spend over £100
  Gold tier, you must spend over £300
  

  Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's benefits for 12 months. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

  You tier will reset every 12 months if you don't move up through the tiers, so if you move into Silver tier on the 1st January 2022 it will reset to Bronze on the 1st January 2023, if you haven't moved into the Gold tier.

  When you are in Gold Tier your tier will reset back to Bronze 12 months from the date you entered the Gold tier.

  Don't worry, you will retain all your points when your tier status is reset.
