All orders are shipped the next working day, depending on the time of day the order was placed and stock availability. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Mills & Boon subscriptions are shipped monthly on the first working day of the month.
We are not able to ship orders to more than one address at the same time. However, if you would like to have specific items shipped to different addresses, please place each order separately.
UK Delivery Rates
UK orders: The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order, the minimum charge is £3.10 for orders up to 1kg. Orders over 1kg will be charged £4.10 and orders over 10kg will be charged £8.14. This will be added during the checkout process. Delivery within the UK takes up to 5 working days.

We ship internationally to World Zones 1 to 8. International orders are sent by DHL Standard International Shipping.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at the checkout by the weight of your parcel and the destination country. If your parcel is less than 2kgs then we will ship it by DHL Post.
We aim to ship your parcel within one working day of purchase. We cannot guarantee processing time, but your parcel will usually arrive within 14 working days of your order.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Please allow up to ten working days for your parcel to arrive by standard delivery (or 14 working days for international deliveries). If your parcel has not arrived after this time, please contact customer services for help.
Unfortunately we do not provide tracking numbers for international shipments, please contact customer services if your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred as a result of Royal Mail postal strikes, overseas postal service disputes or national public holidays including bank holidays.
