About Lucy

I'm lucky enough to live in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest where green isn't just the predominant colour of nature around here but a lifestyle choice for many of us. I suppose it all ties into the belief that happy endings are as real as tragedy and love carries more power than any other emotion.

Sure it takes work and dedicated commitment, but that's what romance is all about and I believe in romance. To me, the passionately sensual romance novel is a beautiful expression of the reality of love, packaged in a fantasy readers can enjoy.

I find inspiration everywhere, but nowhere more consistently than with my own wonderful husband. He's proven time and again that alpha men know how to love and even a lifetime isn't long enough to enjoy that love when it's real.

My favourite way to spend downtime is either reading or with my family – a power walk with my daughters is as fun as a romantic stroll with my love. But maybe my favourite thing is snuggling with him, my head on his lap and a book/e-reader in my hand.

Since selling my first book to Harlequin Presents in September of 2002, I have sold more than sixty books to multiple publishers and have no plans to slow down.

I truly love to hear from readersand I hope you'll visit my website.
