Q. How do I check the status of my delivery online?
You can view your order status in your My Account pages. If you have any queries please call customer services on 0141 306 3232.
If your delivery does not arrive by the suggested date, please contact customer services who will be able to assist you in tracking your order.
Please note, we can only track parcels for UK customers. We are unable to track parcels delivered to Eire, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Export.
