How do I redeem my points at checkout?

To redeem your points at the checkout, use the drop down directly above your bag total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button:

 Your points will then be deducted from your total amount payable. There is a minimum spend of £25 to redeem your points. You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with a reward, unless explicitly stated.

If you have an unused reward on your account, this will expire after one year. You can find any unused rewards on our rewards landing page, under 'Rewards Activity'.
