Do my points expire?

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e. redeeming points or placing an order.

If you have an unused reward on your account, this will also expire after one year. You can find any unused rewards on our rewards landing page, under 'Rewards Activity'.
