Complicated Story

Rating By Rae,11/06/2011

I turned the pages of this book quickly. Not because it was riveting but I just wanted to get to the end to find out how this relationship would pan out. This story was a very different theme for Caitlin Crews and I found it hard going and yes disappointing. It must be difficult to try and vary the Modern Mlls and Boon themes each month. hard work but will look forward to her next book. I hope it delivers a bit more spark.

I love the modern books from Mills and Boon, but lately the books are getting boring and not very well written with some exception. This story did not interest me at all, the man was weak, the story boring.

I thought the character of Bradford was extremely well developed. His cruelty knew no bounds. The exchange, verbal, facial expressions was well written. The angst of Theo was heartfelt. It made a change to see the 'hero' have these kind of helpless feelings. Well worth a read, as it is not the usual 'run of the mill'.

This has to be one of the worse books I have read from Mills and Boon in a long time. The 'hero' is weak and you are left feeling that becca could do better than him. The story line is stupid. A waste of my money!
