Stacey Kayne grew up at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California. She spent her summers camping in the high country and adventure seeking with her brothers. Though her passion for writing came as a shock after buying her first computer in the summer of 2001, it’s not a wonder her first novels were borne from daydreams about fictional characters and their wild escapades through those rugged mountains.
