'There’s nothing more desirable than a woman who wants you, despite herself.'

Australian tycoon and international playboy Byron Maddox is used to getting what he wants. And for some reason, he wants shy PA Cleo Shelton.

Cleo is sure it’s only because she turned him down – finally free of an abusive marriage, Cleo is enjoying her independence, and has no intention of being under the thumb of another man! Especially a man she finds irresistibly alluring…

But Byron won’t be thwarted so easily – and when he proposes one sizzling night together, Cleo’s resistance is crumbling under the force of his expert seduction!

The Tycoon's Outrageous Proposal

Well what can I say, this was the second book of a two parter, the first I found boring and this wasn't much better. Couldn't in all fairness recommend either. They just weren't exciting. I hate to say it because Miranda Lee is an amazing author but I just didn't like them. It might have been because there wasn't any real glamour and dialogue was lacking any excitement and I don't like my heroine to be this downtrodden, I can't describe my feelings for this book, just to say it was a very ordinary book, with very ordinary characters that I really couldn't care much about. The title didn't even live up to the book, as far as I could tell from reading it they both decided to have sex. There was nothing outrageous about it.

All orders are shipped the next working day, depending on the time of day the order was placed and stock availability. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery times for Standard, Special and Next Working Day rates are within UK only. All overseas shipping is charged a flat rate of £5.00 per order.

We aim to ship your parcel within one working day of purchase, and it will usually be delivered within 10 days. Due to variances in postal delivery services we cannot guarantee processing time, but your parcel will usually arrive within 14 working days of your order.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Please allow up to ten working days for your parcel to arrive by standard delivery. If your parcel has not arrived after this time, contact customer services for help. For UK customers who have chosen the Special delivery option, please allow up to five days before contacting us.
