Service rating : All parts of the online transaction very straightforward.
Product : No story really stood out. Pleasant but unremarkable. Reread 'Unmasking the Duchess', a first purchase. Much more gripping.

Rating By Miss Denise Bonham,

Service rating : Ordered four Historical books.

Disgracefully poor service.

Rating By Mrs Anne-Marie O'Neill,

Service rating : I placed the order on 21st June 2017, received an email saying the books would be despatched shortly and the payment was taken from my account the same day. But the books didn't arrive. I viewed my account and it said it was 'processing' so I left it a bit longer and looked again. They were still 'processing' so I called and spoke to someone who initially said they had been sent out to the courier. However, it then transpired that the books were never sent as they were out of stock. There was no notification from Mills and Boon that my order was out of stock which I find absolutely disgraceful! So back to buying books rom a charity shop for me.
Product : Can't rate them as they were never despatched and consequently not received!
