The one woman to tame him…

Finally the injured Navy SEAL brought to surgeon Erica Griffin in the dead of night has a name: Captain Thorne Wilder—her new commanding officer! Five years on he’s just as gorgeous as Erica remembers…but now he's totally off-limits!

Thorne has been left damaged, brooding and untameable after the loss of his dreams—and beautiful Erica is an unwanted complication! She might be as wary of relationships as he is, but fighting temptation will be the biggest battle of all…

Great Medical Detail

Rating By R,24/06/2015

The highlight of this book is the medical detail which is very hard hitting - not for the faint-hearted - but I thoroughly enjoyed it. However I found it very difficult to relate to the characters. Erica I did like - she was a strong career minded woman fighting bias and was portrayed sympathetically but to me Thorne had the wrong attitude for his position. Personally, I feel you should never bring your personal life to work and his reactions and treatment of Erica were unworthy. After, he realised his initial response was reprehensible he expected all the compromise to be on her side and although he did come through in the end I could not respect him. There was also a secondary character called Regina a colleague of Erica's very much in your face and not someone I would like to have as a friend. A strange mixture of book but stil worth a read. Six point five out of ten
