Too hot to handle?

Jack Keller might be the hottest man in Australia, but ex-trauma nurse Liesel Adler didn’t travel half way around the globe to fall straight into the arms of another hero! Her adorable son Liam is her priority now, and mysterious firefighter Jack is definitely in the No Go Zone…

But Jack’s ‘kiss of life’ sparks a fire in Liesel’s heart that she just can’t extinguish, no matter how hard she tries! Is Jack, the last man she expected to fall for, the one man to heal her broken heart?

Loved this one, immensely!

Firefighter to Heal Her Heart by Annie O'Neil is full of raw, nerve wrecking emotions. The characters are full of life and devotion to what they do and in the end I've been won over by this charming medical read! Recommended Read 5/5 Stars

Hard to get my head round

Rating By R,24/02/2015

This is a major disappointment for me as it portrays one of the secondary characters from Ms O'Neil's stunning debut novel, Liesel. She was an intriguing figure in the first novel but if you have read it then it casts a shadow over events here. I'm of the opinion that you have one great love in your life and that was her fiancée Eric so to me the hero Jack in this book is really only second best, which is a pity as he is a fascinating study. It is a well written book and there is some nice medical detail but I can't get my head round previous events. If you haven't read the first book then you will probably enjoy this immensely which is why I have given it a compromise rating. Six out of ten
