A gorgeous story, with a fabulous heroine and delicious hero. Both characters warm the heart. I absolutely adored this book and know i shall read it over and over again.

Fails to impress

Reading the previous reviews it would appear that I am in a minority on this one. Sergios is breathtakingly arrogant and so self-centred it is impossible to have any liking for him and he does not redeem himself. As with many of the author's heroines Bea is well able to stand up for herself but I just found her colourless. The result was that well before the end of the book I just did not care whether they made it. Although as always the book is well written I would have to put this one on the debit side of Mrs Graham's account. Five out of ten
