When we asked you lovely people how you relax, an incredible 86% of you said that you like to unwind with a good book.
There was also a lot of mention of long walks and the running of hot baths, but in today's busy world, do we ever really, truly relax? It seems as if there's always an email pinging or a text message alerting, a child who needs feeding or a little anxiety creeping into even the quietest of moments.
The last time I can truly remember relaxing in that every-muscle-melts-not-a-care-in-the-world way was about 1976! Perhaps I need to take your advice and read a lot more romance books.
