About Jacquelin

I believe I was born to be a writer. Both of my parents and one of my aunts are writers. I even have a first cousin who is a published inspirational fiction author. In addition to writing fiction, I have contributed to the Women of Colour Devotional Bible and have written articles for Brides Noir magazine.

I started my writing career in the romance genre before answering my heart's call to write books featuring characters that yearn to have an intimate relationship with God. I believe that living wrong is easy, but it becomes a daily challenge for Christians to stay on the right path. All of my books reflect that struggle and centre on themes of forgiveness – using God's wisdom to instruct us, protect us and direct us – and also give insight on how we should act when going through trials.

When I'm not writing, I enjoy spending time with my family playing Scrabble, Monopoly or Uno.
