About Colleen

On a recent plane trip, my friend Diann Hunt and I were discussing how best to murder someone. When we realised we had the rapt attention of several travelling companions, I quickly explained I wrote suspense novels. Getting my heroines in tight situations and figuring out how to get them out is what I love most. I write suspense because I like the control of making sure the villain gets his just reward.

In 2004 and 2005 I won the American Christian Fiction Writers Mentor of the Year Award for my efforts in my other passion – helping aspiring writers.

I live with my husband in Indiana where we are knee-deep in wallpaper as we restore our Victorian home.
