Military hero – tick!

Confirmed bachelor – tick! But stand-in father…? Of all the medical pilots in all the world, why-oh-why did Mark Branson have to be assigned to her hospital?

It’s been years since Mark turned his deliciously muscled back on nurse Sammi Trenton and headed to the frontline. Now she’s a mum, surely Sammi’s chances of being noticed again by this determinedly single man are zero…?

While this is a compellingly written novel by Ms Beckett it is a very quick return to the Aleutian islands so I find myself inevitably comparing this to the first book. Mark and Sammi are just not as appealing characters although the excellent medical detail compensates for this and it is a worthwhile read. Eight point five out of ten

I enjoyed the story. Again loved the setting, but kept thinking about Molly and Blake. Look forward to your next book.

  • Special (2-3 working days) £5.00

Please note that orders placed on a Friday may take longer to arrive.

Shipping Overseas

As with UK deliveries, the cost for shipping overseas is charged per order, so you pay £5.00 however many books you decide to order.
We aim to ship your parcel within one working day of purchase, and it will usually be delivered within 10 days. Due to variances in postal delivery services we cannot guarantee processing time, but your parcel will usually arrive within 14 working days of your order.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Please allow up to ten working days for your parcel to arrive by standard delivery. If your parcel has not arrived after this time, contact customer services for help. For UK customers who have chosen the Special delivery option, please allow up to five days before contacting us.
