As a child, I dreamed of being a writer and although I took a few interesting detours along the way, I’m thrilled I’m now living that dream. Working as a writer means I have been fortunate enough to combine business with pleasure and I believe writing and reading romance is one of the most satisfying and fat-free indulgences available!
I live near London with my husband and two children, who innocently provide me with an endless supply of authentic dialogue, as well as piles of laundry. It was whilst looking after our new baby at home that I completed my first manuscript, before going on to successfully sell my third book.
My stories are lively, sexy and unashamedly optimistic. My heroes are hot and my heroines are fun and feisty. I am always pleased when I receive letters from readers telling me that my books have helped them through hard times.
Romantic Times has nominated many of my books for their Reviewers Choice Awards and their Top Pick slot and I’ve been nominated three times for the RITA® Award from the Romance Writers of America. I won in 2012 for my book Doukakis's Apprentice.
