"Becoming Dr Bellini's Bride
Mrs Neil's great strength is her amazingly east-to-read style so you're half-way through before you even realise it!
Nick is a wonderful hero and while Katie is a bit uptight she's still likeable.
Add in a great story with plenty of medical detail set in glamourous California and you have a winner!

Midwife, Mother......Italian's Wife
This continues a set of stories set around Lyrebird Lake and you get the chance to meet old friends.
Leon the fascinating hero is the second Bonmarito brother and much the better one! Tammy is perhaps slightly too foolish and headstrong and won't admit to possible downsides but you can't help but admire her.
There's some surprising drama too which adds to the enjoyment in a highly enjoyable novel from this usually reliable author.
