"Just finished Virgin on Her Wedding Night and thoroughly enjoyed it. There were elements of Lynne Graham's trademark humour throughout the story. I liked the way Caroline was vulnerable but also had a strong side (e.g. attempting to 'sacrifice' herself to Valente even though she knew she wouldn?t be able to give him what he wanted; in order to save her parents and the Hales business). Caroline's problems were a nice twist on the usual M&B story line and I loved the way Valente was patient and took the time to help her through her problems (even if it was to his advantage)."

"I very much enjoyed this story written with much of the author's usual compelling style and humour.

There was a refreshingly new slant to the type of difficulties Caroline had to cope with and Valente was a dashing hero although Caroline's mother was not a likeable person and I don't think she could just change her character overnight.

And yet........Am I setting the bar too high or has Mrs Graham set expectations too high with the quality of her past novels? I can't quite just put my finger on it but as with several of her novels recently this just lacked that extra little bit of magic which so often categorizes them.

However, it is still a book I would recommend anyone to read.

8.5 out of 10.

"I love Ms Graham's books - but not this one. It was really short on her usually wonderful sense of humour, pure escapism, glamour and believable characters. When I read M&B books I want all of the above I don't want real life intruding, let's face it all of us get more than enough of that. I do hope M&B has not issued suggested story lines to its authors because if so, this was one story line they can delete. "

"I love Lynne Graham and I have many of her books. This one was OK, I enjoyed it, but for me it did not have her usual punch. I mean when I read one of her books with punch, I find it hard to breathe and I cannot put it down, it is just WOW."
