When purity and passion collide… Nanny Maisy Edmonds is furious when a stranger tries to take her orphaned little charge – stealing a shockingly explicit kiss from her into the bargain! Can infamous tycoon Alexei Ranaevsky really be the child’s godfather? Installed in Alexei’s remote Italian villa, Maisy is intent on protecting little Kostya – and nothing else…Alexei’s childhood-turned-nightmare means he allows himself no emotional attachments. Rating"The author has a nice style but the plot almost seems to be a contemporary formula - Russian hero, Italian setting, heroine with one brief previous relationship and a baby.
It didn't continually hold my interest but it was pleasant enough and I would like to read another book by this author.
Six out of ten."

Rating"Loved loved this book! Couldn't put it down. Fabulous alpha male, Alexei, and Russian to boot (what more could one ask) and the heroine Maisy had me gripped from the start. Great interaction between characters and steamy too.
Can't wait for Lucy's next novel.
Impressive. Highly recommended."
