"As usual this is a superbly written novel by Mrs Power but on a a personal level I just do not like the plot where the heroine has previously been in a relationship with the hero's brother and has a child by him.
Sienna is an empathetic heroine but Conan is extremely overbearing for much of the book.
Unfortunately too Sienna's daughter Daisy is not a particularly appealing child but against this there is a fine tension and great dialogue between the characters so if you are happy with the plot then this should be an enjoyable read.
Just not my particular cup of tea.

"I always love Elizabeth Power's stories, she never fails to deliver a compelling storyline and captivating characters. This was seriously hot. Contrary to the previous reviewer, I thought the little girl was really endearing...all in all not a book to miss!"
