"With the emphasis very much on the medical side the romance in this story is really just boy meets girl and attraction grows which is untypical of the usually cutting edge stories which Mrs Hardy writes.

Unusally I couldn't really summon up any enthusiasm for this.

A major let down from a favourite author.
