"Mrs Neil moves away from her normal home setting to exotic climes.

With just the right amount of medical content, two endearing leads and an entertaining plot I found this highly enjoyable - in particular the novel manner of Ethan and Amber's initial meetings.

There's a surprise ending too which caught me out!
