Rating"It is always a pleasure to see a new book from Mrs Mortimer as she is a great story teller and has a very easy-to-read style. I was intrigued to see her entry into the Historical stakes.
This is the third in a quartet of books about the St Claire family and is an enjoyable romp among the ton although I found it just lacked something which the first two had - I didn't find the leads appealed so much.
But I am looking forward to the sister's book and hope the author will write more in this category.
7 out of 10."
