"Usually when I read a 2-in-1 book, I tend to like one story far more than the other. I bought this book for the Brenda Jackson story, and she delivers her usual package with this one - hot and sexy, with lots of kissing! However, I would say that the Olivia Gates story gave me equal enjoyment as I found it quite unusual - a woman in disguise, a homoerotic episode(??) and lots of words such as abridgments, arcane energy and omnidirectional which you don't normally see in a Mills & Boon novel. Liked the very hot and modern sheikh (secret sevice rather than businessman, but still king of the desert), and now look forward to reading the other Aal Shalaan novels, hopefully they will be as good as this one. Am especially looking forward to Amjad's story, since he is the uber-alpha male and should prove quite a challenge for his heroine!"
