Payment Methods

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. At present, we accept on-line payments using Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Delta. To make these on-line payments simply type in the card number and expiry date when you go through the MillsandBoon.co.uk checkout.Your card will be debited once your order has been dispatched.

We can also accept cheques and postal orders (in pounds sterling) made payable to MillsandBoon.co.uk. Please remember to write your full name and address, cheque guarantee card number (if paying by cheque) and subscription/order number on the back of your payment. You can post your cheque/postal order to Mills & Boon Ltd. Web Offer, PO Box 676, Richmond, TW9 1SR. We will process your order as soon as we've received and cleared your cheque/postal order. Please note that paying by cheque will slow down your order by up to 7 days, as we cannot despatch an order until the funds have been cleared.

Bill Me

Q. How does the "Bill me" option work?

A. With the "Bill me" option, you are not required to prepay for shipments. Once you submit your request, your order is processed and we send you an invoice with your order. We will also include a payment reply envelope for your convenience. You may pay by credit card by completing the details supplied on your invoice, or remit payment in the form of a cheque or postal order. The "Bill Me" option is limited to £25, including all shipping charges.

Order Confirmation

Q. How will I know if millsandboon.co.uk has received my order?

A. Once you complete the purchase, you will immediately be notified, by e-mail, that we have received your order.

Q. When will you debit my credit card?

A. Your credit card will be debited when the books are despatched.
